Before finding her true calling in real estate, Terrie thrived for 13 years in the fast-paced world of global investment banking and securities, honing her skills in financial strategy and operational excellence at UBS PaineWebber. Her approachable demeanor and razor-sharp troubleshooting abilities make her not only a trusted advisor but also a joy to work with. A lifelong learner, Terrie also held a California LVN license and has lent her talents to healthcare and operations management roles. Now, she lives on her family’s eastern valley property with her fiancé, four lovable dogs, and a lifetime of stories rooted in the land her father purchased in 1976. When not helping clients, Terrie loves hiking, reading, and going to concerts. Her pride and joy are her two grown sons who call Joshua Tree and Santa Barbara home.
